After two months of addiction to Natasha Bedingfield and Bruno Mars' Again, i've finally found my new ecstasy. x)) It's just another product of my usual random-song-clicking-and-listening routine in YouTube, but I swear I've raped the replay button many times before realizing that I should download it instead. x) If you haven't heard the song yet, click the play button on the video above (warning: may contain a little nudity. watch at your own risk. LOL) Actually, I really love the version of Pink and Nate Ruess, the music video just seems a little mature for me and awkward to play it all-day with my siblings around (i love the setting though, except for the hugging part and the creepy little teddy x3). The cover version of Megan Nicole and Jason Chen makes the song a bit more innocent and cute. ♥

So my perception of the song is that people, particularly lovers will always be subjected to insecurities and a load of misunderstandings throughout their relationship. One way or another, no matter how much you love each other, there comes a point when you just feel cold towards the person that you love. This song is simply saying that even if everything goes wrong between the two of you, just keep holding on and stop keeping secrets from each other. Cause even a frozen love can be heated up once again if someone decided to make an effort to light up the fire. You just have to hold on to the hope that the love you've shared before will make its way back into the arms of each other. But what the hell do I really know about love? Of course i've been dreaming about the perfect love story since my childhood and that's another plus on my list why love is just a fantasy. I gave up watching out for the prince to come my way a few months ago. I think it's time to stop waiting and start playing hide and seek with him. LOL Anyway, I just love the song and it seems that my review went a bit off on the last part. haha x)
